  Arraignment for Joseph Gittings has been delayed until early February upon special request from the prosecuting attorney. You can feel free to draw your own conclusions from the data, but the defense attorney also wanted it. Time will tell of what befalls him.

  Regarding Dale Hodges, he has been arraigned and pleaded "not guilty." Date for a jury trial has yet to be set.

  The attorneys for one of the accused are working on a plan to challenge the police in that country on the basis of misconduct and inappropriate, unauthorized, or unevidenced search and seizure.

  There is reliable private information that the Brazilian Federal Police were unable to make any additional "connections" to their initial target, and have handed any further investigation and/or prosecution over to the local police.
